Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Each item is carefully inspected prior to sale.

Our candles are created using vintage and unique vessels. Variations in color, texture, and minor imperfections are part of the character of each piece and are not considered defects.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these variations.

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide:

• Clear photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging
• Proof of delivery

Failure to provide required documentation may result in denial of the claim.

We reserve the right to deny any claim that:

• Is submitted after 48 hours of marked delivery
• Lacks sufficient photo evidence
• Shows signs of use or tampering
• Appears fraudulent or inconsistent

The Thrifted Flame is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
• Carrier delays once the item has shipped

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information.

Approved damage claims may be eligible for:

• A replacement (if available)
• Store credit
• Refund at our discretion

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution.

Filing a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first may result in:

• Denial of future purchases
• Additional documentation provided to payment processors

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues.

All purchases made at in-person markets or events are final. Items are inspected by the customer at the time of purchase.
